Fully supported guided cycling tours

At Skinny Tyres, we pride ourselves on providing unrivalled cycling tours in Scotland. Everything we do is focussed on giving you the opportunity to explore Scotland whilst pedalling at ease. From the Snow Roads in the majestic Cairngorms to the pristine beaches of the untamed Outer Hebrides, we want you to be able to experience Scotland’s breathtaking landscapes on a meaningful journey that is personal, relaxed and at your own unique pace. Unlike the majority of cycling tour companies, Skinny Tyres does not provide guides who ride with the group. Instead, our guides accompany you along the route in the support van. Each van is equipped with everything you may need on your trip: from a full bike workshop to massage rollers, spare clothing to salted tomatoes, we aim to cater for all requirements. As you ride your bike, your day bag with personal items rides in the van where you can access it throughout the day. We provide full GPS files and trip route notes for each day of cycling. As obsessive cyclists ourselves, we know what makes a roadie tick. Therefore, our philosophy is to provide a cycling experience that we ourselves would enjoy. Thus, you can be confident that every detail of your trip is planned in detail.
