Conault Design works primarily in the licensed and leisure industry. We have experience working for all the major players but we specialise in working for small operators, providing tailor made one of designs for small chains groups and individuals.   Conault Design will draw up a detailed design and specification, obtain planning consent, advertisement consent and building regulation approval. We also ensure the specification is DDA compliant, we check that the specification meets the required AA, RAC or English Tourist Board rating where relevant and provide you with premises licensed drawings and specialist licensing solicitors if required.   We also offer a design and build option with our partners Target One Limited who have their own joinery workshop based in Cheltenham so you can have the peace of mind of a design and build contract with a highly professional building and joinery team working in conjunction with us to provide you with the best in design.
