We are independent qualified and BABCP accredited Pyshotherapists who offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and counselling for individuals. We see people of all ages 8-80+. CBT can help people suffering from distressing feelings, thoughts or behaviour eg anxiety, depression, OCD, phobias, stress etcWe offer Supervision Groups for practising professions eg Counsellors or Trainers. These groups take place on a Monday morning 10-12pmWe offer Professional Training courses in CBT and counselling skills both short courses eg Introduction to CBT and depression or longer courses eg Certificiate in Cognitive Behavioural Interventions and COSCA Certificate in Counselling Skills. We have COSCA accredited Trainers both at diploma and certificate level. Our courses run in Glasgow and in Ayr on the west coast of Scotland. We are also happy to provide our courses 'in house' and can alter many courses to suit your needs. We are please to offer a counselling service to oranisations and are happy to work with your Occupational Health Department to provide a professional and confidential counselling or CBT service.
