Established in 2007, Frost Guiding runs Alpine Mountaineering Courses based in fully catered chalets in the traditional alpine village of Evolene, Switzerland. Our Mountaineering Courses cater for climbers of all levels from an Introduction to Alpine Climbing to classic alpine peaks such as Mont Blanc, the Eiger and the Matterhorn right up to our demanding "Performance Alpinism" weeks. We also offer Ice Climbing, Rock Climbing and Ski Touring, providing Mountain Guides to work towards your personal objectives whatever your level. Director, Graham Frost, is an experienced IFMGA and British Mountain Guide and is the only British Mountain Guide resident in the Arolla valley, climbing and skiing there all year round. Arolla offers a great base for mountain activities in all seasons and is within easy reach of the other Alpine centres such as Chamonix, Verbier, Zermatt, Saas Fee, Zinal and the Bernese Oberland.
