There were up to 22 tracks in Scotland in the 1930s, allowing the working man to enjoy his hobby and keep fit by walking his dogs. Today many of our racing greyhounds are owned and trained by individuals, although it is difficult to encourage the younger generation of the enjoyment of training and looking after your own racing dog. We provide racing most Wednesdays and Saturdays, first race 7.30pm. A great night's entertainment. Good for groups, hen/stag parties. All welcome. Comfortable bar and canteen, reasonable prices.
