Healing sessions
As an Intuitive healer I work with the energies of Cosmic Heart Energy Healing, crystals and essential oils to clear negative energy blocks form your energy system. This involves the gentle laying on of hands onto your body, perhaps being given crystals to hold or having them laid on or around you and essential oils used around you . During a healing session you may feel a lot of heat, coolness, tingling, your body jumping, or pressure. Some people experience seeing colours or visions. people report feeling very relaxed by the end of the session. Healing will help you to feel lighter, brighter, more at peace with yourself. It will enhance your intuition and connection with yourself, the earth and the universe. It will help you to move "on purpose" so that you are on your soul path. It will help you to deal with stressful situations, will help to release physical and emotional pain and are symptoms of physical disease, working hand in hand with medical treatment.
