What we did: Provided ongoing maintenance and technical support outside of business hours Reduced server costs Redesigned the website and launched it for the ICE Totally Gaming 2013 conference Developed an in-product solution for the partnership with 'The Telegraph' Positive outcomes: As a result of the great work from the Picklive management team, customer support and X8, Picklive won the "Best Betting Operator of the Year" title at ICE Totally Gaming Awards 2013. Picklive's development and maintenance costs were matched to their budget. Work on changing the hosting providers resulted in approximately 65% savings on hosting costs which paid for itself during the first six months on the new platform. The new media partnership features allowed Picklive to benefit from a stream of new potential long-term Picklive customers. Also the more professional, high-end image of Picklive helped the company approach new partners and investors.
