All staff at Flemington Care Home are expected to uphold the following principles of care in respect of the rights of all residents in the Home We will plan and implement a programme of Nursing Care tailored to suit the individual needs of each resident and continue to evaluate those needs using all the resources of the local community and the involvement of the resident and their family We will strive to administer this care within the parameters of our Residents' Charter which is on display for them and their visitors We opened the original Home in 1987 with this philosophy in mind Our aim is to create a warm, homely environment where people can live in comfort, dignity and safety and can be encouraged to maintain and improve their quality of life
