Our long-established Larkhall office enjoys a prime position on the north-eastern side of Bath, providing trusted support to clients across both the city and surrounding villages. Working seamlessly with our George Street branch and supported by a strong regional and national network, we also partner closely with Barnard Marcus in London to assist clients relocating from the Capital to the West Country. We offer a complete property service, including mortgages, conveyancing, lettings, auctions, and professional surveys. Our office is led by Noel, our highly experienced Senior Branch Manager with 30 years in the industry. He is supported by Matthew, our dedicated Assistant Branch Manager, who drives our sales performance and upholds our market-leading standards. Our Senior Administrator, Louise May—part of Allen & Harris for over two decades—ensures the smooth, compliant running of the branch. Mortgage Consultant Jakob Valentine is renowned for delivering tailored mortgage advice, clear moving-cost analysis, and proactive guidance to help clients secure their ideal home.
