Smith of Derby are clockmakers with over 150 years experience in the crafting of public clocks, exterior and interior feature clocks. As the UK's leading public clock restoration and conservation specialists for heritage timepieces such as church and cathedral clocks, we are proud to serve our community. We have created and care for the world's greatest public clocks; from small parish church clocks to some of the most celebrated cathedral, commercial, private and station clocks. Annually, our team of service engineers carefully maintain 4,500 historically important public and church clocks in the UK and around the world. We've also used our clockmaking heritage and applied our skills to creative engineering projects producing exciting kinetic architectural features for building projects, working with architects and engineers to bring distinctive feature clocks or kinetic timepieces to a project.
