Based in Belfast, Northern Ireland, WASP solutions is a recently formed software and web development company. Our formation came about when Warren Dowey the Managing Director of the company realised that there was a need for cost effective software and web products to assist businesses to run more efficiently and compete globally. With a history of developing large scale products for financial institutions and utility companies with budgets ranging from £1.6 million to £750 million per year Warren realised this was the reason that the majority of companies did not employ satisfactory software solutions for their business because quite simply they couldn't afford it and either didn't have an IT strategy or put up with an ill fitting solution at a price they could afford. With the experiences gained at developing professional, large scale projects Warren set about to plug the void in the web industry as a whole and to bring about software development within the reach of SMEs.
