Manchester FrontRunners (MFR for short) is a part of International Frontrunners, a network of Gay and Lesbian running clubs all over the world We now have around 40 members, of all ages, sizes and abilities After both weekly training sessions we reward ourselves with a combination of food and drink, venues can change, but the format remains the same MFR keeps track of upcoming local races and we usually have a few members taking part in the most popular races, the more established runners always providing great motivation for those just starting out Have a look at our socials here
