New Beginners Class from Berkshire Tai Chi (Earley)
A new 9-week Beginners (Stage 1) class starts at Berkshire Tai Chi's Earley centre (St. Nicolas Church Hall, Sutcliffe Avenue, Earley, RG6 7JN) on Saturday, 5th September 2015. Classes are scheduled to run every Saturday morning between 5th September and 31st October 2015 (08:30 -09:30). They will provide an introduction to Chen style Tai Chi; its history, principles, and practice, and participants will make a start on the Old style First Form under the guidance of an experienced professional instructor.
