About Us
Drayton was founded in 1997 by Susan Howard and Darren Walsgrove. Originally based in Norfolk and helping local people and businesses, our desire to offer customers convenient access to competitive insurance premiums and excellent service, all while ensuring comprehensive coverage, has seen us work with clients across the UK. Since its establishment, Drayton has emerged as a prominent player in the UK insurance industry. With a strong and experienced workforce spread across multiple locations in the South East of England, we take pride in delivering a swift, straightforward, and competitive service. Our primary goal is to enable our clients to concentrate on their business endeavours while we handle their insurance matters. The company has consistently experienced growth through expansions and acquisitions. As a result, we established ourselves as one of the leading independent insurance brokers within the UK. Our achievements were recognised in 2018 when we became part of the prestigious Insurance Age Top 100 brokers across the UK. In 2021 Drayton was acquired by Hugh J Boswell, part of Ethos Broking.
