Photo Enhancement System. any photo on the web can be enhanced to give 3 levels of improvement: a) when a user's mouse moves over the active image area a pop-up will appear containing the name, text description and extra photo of interest. b) when the user clicks their mouse while showing the pop-up, a web page written by the photo owner will be shown containing more text and more photographs plus links to further web sites. c) these external pre-existing web sites could be anything the user wants and lead into anything on the Internet being made available
