They both have easy access with plenty of parking on the gravel car park. Both properties have their own gated areas which are secure for a dog or young children. The courtyards are south facing and have garden furniture provided. There are many good pubs and restaurants close by in Coltishall, Aylsham and Skeyton. The Skeyton Goat is approximately one mile away and other good places to eat are to be found with five miles. The barns have plenty of local information.
