We are currently active in European logistics where we own Zagreb Logistics Park and have an ongoing development programme and in Abu Dhabi where we are developing two million square feet of office and residential space through our Helios SinoGulf joint venture We have developed more than six million square feet of space in the past ten years including logistics, industrial, offices, retail, leisure and residential schemes In the UK we are a founding partner in Wynyard Park which is a seven hundred acre site in the Tees Valley which already comprises around one million square feet of commercial space and has created some 2000 jobs
