We are a small friendly general practice providing a personal service. We like contemporary design using sympathetic materials. We are good listeners - every design is different by responding to our clients wishes and the site conditions. We are used to working with listed buildings, conservation areas and the Dartmoor National Park. Our experience - residential: alterations and extensions to private houses, barn and chapel conversions, many one off new build detached houses, small housing schemes for private and housing associations, flats/apartment buildings. We also have experience in the following: community buildings, nursing homes, homes for special needs, primary & nursery schools, dental practice, doctors surgeries, industrial units, hotels. We are happy to work on sites outside our area and have had projects in London, Bristol and Slovenia. If you are unsure about what you want to do with your house or your site, and would like to explore some options without it costing you the earth, we can produce a good value fixed fee 'ideas plan' for you to get you started, there is no obligation for you to continue with us after. Please feel free to send us an email or phone and we can discuss your project.
