Amirage's personal chef focus exclusively on Caribbean cuisine. We provide delicious, authentic Caribbean meals. There is an extensive choice of dishes to allow you to tailor your menu. We take into account personal preferences and will help you create an imaginative menu that reflects your occasion, taste,dietary needs and budget.You select your menu at a free home consultation. Then we send you a bookingconfirmation which sets out your requirements in detail and the cost for yourdinner or lunch party. Your booking is secured with a 50% deposit. The balance is paid to your personal chef on the day of your dinner or lunch party.On the day of your dinner or lunch party, your chef will prepare the meal in your kitchen. If you are new to Caribbean cuisine and require assistance on serving, your personal chef will give you advice. She then leaves you to entertain your guests and bask in the glory of a very special meal.Price depends on the menu you select, but as a guide menus range from £40 to £60 per head including the chef's fee.
