Action on Addiction offers a range of services, in various parts of the country, for those suffering directly and indirectly from alcohol and/or drug dependence. Services include: Residential treatment (42 day programme including detoxification where necessary) at Clouds House, Wiltshire; Aftercare; Extended care at Hope House, London; Professional education & training at the Centre for Addiction Treatment Studies; Families Plus which provides information, advice & support for families, courses for professionals; Carer Support Groups; Structured Day Treatment s at SHARP Liverpool and Bournemouth and Poole. The latter also provides Pre-Treatment Project, Continuing Care & Working Recovery (work and skills training for those in recovery). We also have a dedicated Research department.We assist with drug & alcohol in the workplace policies & training.
