Wirral letting agents Propeller are a residential letting specialist, not an estate agent with a sideline. That focus means a better service for tenants and landlords. It's made our business one of the fastest growing in the area. We've been tenants, we've been landlords and we've often been disappointed by letting agents' service. We've managed our own property portfolio for over 15 years, so we know how to provide a good, efficient service. First and foremost we're landlords ourselves. Propeller was created because we couldn't get the service quality we need from agents. Bad agents annoy tenants and let the properties they're supposed to be looking after fall into disrepair. Both of those things can hit your return on investment. Hard. The service that you'll get from us and the care we'll take over your property is exactly what we'd expect with our own portfolio. Propeller isn't an estate agency. Our core and only business is the professional management of property, not an estate agency dabbling in lettings on the side.
