Business profile

Fairgrove is a family house building business formed in 1995, by Steve & Christine Midgley and has grown into a regional developer of new homes We have developed our dedicated small team to ensure we all work to meet our customers' varied requirements We have built new homes in many locations throughout the counties of Derbyshire However the zero carbon agenda has put considerable pressure on the type of construction that will be feasible in the future and we are now adapting to different forms including timber frame and SIPS
